Registration

Participants and presenters must have submitted the registration form and received a confirmation of the submitted proof of payment to be considered registered. Last day to pay registration for accepted papers to be included in the proceedings is 24 August 2025.

Before proceeding in answering the form, please take note of the following information that will be required for your registration:

• Secure your proof of payment and payment details. Kindly see below the bank information, registration fees, and other payment details. 

* Billing invoice may be requested via email if you need one before payment. 

• For students, proof of enrollment (for currently enrolled) or proof of graduation (for newly graduated) will be requested to avail of the student rate.

• For presenters, take note of your paper/presentation number indicated in your paper acceptance.

• For UP GAA Lifetime Members, take note of your Lifetime Membership ID number to claim the discounted price.
