PhilGEOS 2025 invites researchers, academics, industry professionals, and policymakers to submit proposals for community-contributed conference sessions. The conference aims to explore innovative geospatial solutions that address societal challenges, improve decision-making, and promote sustainable development. Preference will be given to sessions that align with the main conference theme, "Enhancing Human Quality of Life through Geospatial Technologies," but other topics may also be considered.
Each session will consist of five (5) presentations. Proponents interested in organizing a longer session may submit multiple proposals, indicating them as Part 1, Part 2, etc. Session proposals must include the following information:
• Session Title (Concise and representative of the proposed topic)
• Chair and Co-Chair Information (Names, institutional affiliations, and contact details)
• Brief Session Description (250–500 words outlining the session's objectives, relevance, and key discussion points)
• Keywords (At least five keywords relevant to the session)
• Potential Invitees and Target Audience (Suggested participants and stakeholders who would benefit from the session)
Proposals should be submitted via https://tinyurl.com/PhilGEOS2025Call4Sessions no later than 21 March 2025, 23:59 (GMT+8). The conference organizing committee will review all proposals, and selected sessions will be included in the official program. Accepted proposals will be notified on 28 March 2025 (GMT+8).
